Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By browsing the site or completing a purchase, you agree to them.

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your country, and the payment method you use must be your own or used with the account holder's permission.

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not create a contract. The contract forms when we dispatch the order.

We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, including where stock is unavailable, where the listing contained a pricing or description error, where we cannot verify the payment or address, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or resale in breach of these terms. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. Promotions run for limited periods and cannot be applied retroactively.

Despite our efforts, a listing may occasionally contain an error in price, specification or availability. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel any order placed against an incorrect listing, even after it is confirmed. If your order is cancelled for this reason, you receive a full refund.

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photography, renders and video are illustrative, and screen images, colours and finishes may vary slightly from the item you receive.

Specifications and firmware features may be improved over time. We are not obliged to update units already sold to match later revisions.

Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

If a payment is reversed, fails or is disputed without cause, we may suspend or cancel any related order and withhold further service until the matter is resolved.

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to the address you provided. Import duties and local taxes are your responsibility.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: 30 days to request a return on intact items, return shipping and a 15% restocking charge apply to change-of-mind returns, and items bought on sale or at a promotional price are final sale.

Products are warranted for 12 months from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. Your sole remedy under this warranty is repair, replacement or refund at our discretion.

The warranty excludes accident and crash damage, water ingress after the housing has been opened or modified, incorrect installation, use with unsuitable third-party wiring or parts, normal wear, scratched screens and cosmetic marks. Opening or modifying the unit voids it.

Warranty cover applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable. It covers the product only, not labour, workshop time, or the cost of removing and refitting the unit.

Our products are installed by you or by an installer you choose. You are responsible for mounting the unit securely, routing and connecting wiring correctly and safely, and confirming that the installation does not interfere with your vehicle's controls, steering or braking.

We are not responsible for damage to your vehicle, its wiring or its electronics arising from installation, nor for any consequence of an insecure mount.

Our products are riding aids. They do not replace your attention, your mirrors or your judgement.

You must obey all road traffic laws and keep your attention on the road. Do not interact with the screen while the vehicle is moving where doing so is unsafe or unlawful. You are solely responsible for the way you ride and for how you use the product while riding.

Products with camera functions record video, and in some jurisdictions the recording of public spaces, audio, or identifiable people is regulated.

It is your responsibility to know and follow the recording, privacy and dashcam laws that apply where you ride, including any restrictions on where footage may be used or published. Recordings are stored on your own memory card and are not transmitted to us.

Navigation, music, messaging and voice features are provided by your phone and by third parties such as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, together with the apps and map data you choose to use.

We do not control those services, their accuracy, their availability or their pricing, and we are not liable for routing errors, map inaccuracies, dropped connections or changes those providers make. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are trademarks of their respective owners, and their use here is descriptive only. It does not imply endorsement or partnership.

Our mounts are designed to fit standard motorcycle handlebars and our displays are designed to work with current iPhone and Android devices. It remains your responsibility to confirm that the product suits your vehicle, your setup and your phone before ordering, and to contact support@ridenpro.com beforehand if you are unsure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or connected with any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of use, vehicle downtime, missed appointments, travel or accommodation costs, damage to the vehicle, loss of recordings or data, or personal injury arising from how the product is installed or used.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your misuse of the product, your installation of it, your breach of these terms, or your breach of any law that applies to your use of it.

All content on this site, including text, product photography, video, graphics, layout and code, is our property or used under licence and is protected by intellectual property law.

You may not copy, scrape, republish, or use our content or branding for commercial purposes without written permission. Automated collection of site content or pricing is prohibited.

If you submit a review, photograph, video or other content to us or tag us publicly, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display that content in our marketing, and you confirm you have the right to grant it.

We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive or unrelated to the product.

Products are sold for personal end use. Commercial resale, distribution or listing on third-party marketplaces is not permitted without a written agreement from us. We may cancel orders that appear to be placed for unauthorised resale.

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs action, strikes, supply shortages, extreme weather, outages, or government measures.

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of any order placed with us, are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of your own country of residence.

Before starting any formal proceedings, you agree to contact support@ridenpro.com and give us a fair opportunity to resolve the matter.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. A delay or failure by us to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.

For any question about these terms, an order, a return or technical support, email support@ridenpro.com. It is the fastest way to reach a human, and it is the address we use for every stage of after-sales support.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including your delivery address, contact email and phone number. Carriers use these to complete delivery and to reach you about duties.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out under it.

Promotions run for limited periods, may be withdrawn at any time, and cannot be applied retroactively to an order already placed. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may exclude certain products or bundles.

We may cancel orders where a code has been obtained or used in a way it was not intended, including bulk or automated use.

Listing a product does not guarantee availability. Stock is confirmed when the order is dispatched. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and either hold the order, substitute with your agreement, or refund it in full.

By placing an order you agree to receive transactional emails about that order, including confirmations, dispatch notices and delivery updates. These are not marketing and cannot be opted out of while an order is active.

Marketing emails are separate, require your consent, and can be unsubscribed from at any time.

If you send us suggestions or ideas about our products, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you. This does not apply to anything you send us in confidence as part of a support case.

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may assign ours to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, on notice to you.

These terms, together with our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between us regarding your order and replace any earlier discussions or representations.
