Shipping Policy
Last updated: June 1, 2026
We ship worldwide with standard and express options, and orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours. This policy explains dispatch times, delivery estimates, duties, and what happens when a parcel goes wrong.
1. Where we ship
We ship worldwide. At checkout you choose between standard and express delivery, and the services available to your address are calculated and priced before you pay.
A small number of destinations are restricted by carrier or customs rules. If we cannot ship to your address we will tell you and refund the order in full rather than leave it pending.
2. Free shipping on larger orders
Orders above a minimum subtotal qualify for free standard shipping. The qualifying amount depends on the currency you are shopping in and is shown in your cart and at checkout.
The threshold is based on the cart total after discounts and before taxes and duties. Free shipping applies to our standard service; express remains chargeable and can be selected at checkout.
3. Dispatch within 24 hours
In-stock orders are released to the warehouse and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays go out on the next working day.
During peak periods, product launches, promotions and seasonal demand, dispatch can take longer than 24 hours. If your order will be delayed beyond our normal handling time we will email you rather than let you wonder.
Dispatch time and delivery time are separate. Dispatch is how long we take to hand the parcel to the carrier; delivery is how long the carrier then takes.
4. Tracking
Every order ships tracked. Your tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is handed over.
Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan, and it is normal for it to sit quiet for a day or two in transit, particularly on international routes. If nothing has moved after 48 hours, email support@ridenpro.com and we will chase the carrier with you.
5. Delivery times
Delivery time depends on the destination and the service chosen. Transit time starts when the carrier collects the parcel, not when the order is placed.
All delivery windows shown at checkout are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections, weather, strikes, remote-area routing and seasonal backlogs can extend them, and those delays are outside our control.
Remote and rural addresses, islands and some territories routinely take longer than the headline estimate for the country.
6. Shipping costs
Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout from your destination and the service you select. The amount shown before payment is the amount you pay us for delivery.
That figure covers carriage only. It does not include import duties, customs fees or local taxes, which are billed separately by your country.
7. Duties, taxes and customs
Import duties, customs fees and local taxes are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility. They are not included in the product price or the shipping cost, and we cannot calculate them for you in advance because they vary by country, value and product classification.
These charges are usually collected by the carrier before delivery and must be paid in time. If they are not, customs may hold, return or destroy the parcel. We cannot recover an order that customs has destroyed.
We declare all shipments accurately at their full value. We do not mark orders as gifts or under-declare value, and we cannot make exceptions to this.
8. Refused, unclaimed and undeliverable parcels
If a parcel is refused, left unclaimed, or returned because duties went unpaid or the address was incomplete or incorrect:
- The original shipping cost is not refunded.
- Any return charges applied by the carrier are deducted from the refund.
- If you want the order sent again, the shipping cost is payable a second time before redispatch.
Please check your address carefully at checkout and watch for carrier messages about duties. Most failed deliveries come from one of those two things.
9. Wrong or incomplete address
Orders ship to the address entered at checkout exactly as entered. If it is wrong, email support@ridenpro.com immediately with your order number. If the order has not been dispatched we will correct it at no cost.
Once dispatched the address cannot be changed by us. Some carriers allow the recipient to redirect a parcel in transit through their own tracking page, which is usually the fastest route. Otherwise the parcel is treated under the refused and undeliverable section above.
10. Lost or damaged in transit
If tracking stops moving for an extended period, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact support@ridenpro.com with your order number and, for damage, photos of the item and the outer packaging.
We open a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund once it is resolved. Report damage within 7 days of delivery so the carrier's claim window stays open, and keep the packaging until the claim closes.
Carriers generally will not treat a parcel as lost until a set number of days have passed for that service, so international claims can take longer to conclude than domestic ones.
11. Split shipments
Orders with several items may arrive in more than one parcel, sometimes on different days, at no extra cost to you. Each parcel is tracked separately and you will receive a tracking number for each.
If part of your order has arrived and the rest has not after a few days, check whether you have a second tracking number before contacting us.
12. Delivery without signature
Most services deliver without a signature and may leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour at the carrier's discretion. Once the carrier records the parcel as delivered to your address, responsibility for it passes to you.
If you need a signature on delivery, choose an express service where available, or use an address where someone can receive it.
